You will need:
2/3 cup soaked raw walnuts
2/3 cup soaked raw sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 heaping tablespoons raw cacao
2/3 cup goji berries
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 soaked dates
Preheat oven or dehydrater at 200
food processor, or blender but you would have to soak the nuts much longer, at least 6 hours.
*optional - a handful of vegan chocolate chips, not raw but yummy :)
1.Put soaked walnuts, dates, coconut oil & milk, chia seeds, and cacao powder into processor. Blend till pasty consistency, not smooth though. Add a little more oil if needed but not liquid.
2. Scrape into mixing bowl. Then throw in the goji berries, chocolate chips, and sunflower seeds. You can add more chia seeds also if its very liquidy, they absorb water. Mix it up.
3. Place parchment on baking sheet, and scrape contents of bowl on to it. Mold the fudginess into a square shape, and make sure the top is somewhat flat.
4. Sprinkle on coconut flakes and cut into squares very gently.
5. Dehydrate on 125 for about 8 hours
