Raw Vegan Almond and Dill Pâté


You will need:
  • 1 cup soaked almonds. The longer you soak, the smoother the dip.
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 1 cup dill
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • pinch of sea salt
  1. Slice zucchinis
  2. Drain almonds
  3. Put almonds, 1/2 zucchini, dill, juice of lemon wedge, salt and a little coconut milk. Process till mostly smooth, adding some more coconut milk if needed, and scraping the sides.
  4. Add a little more salt and lemon to taste.
  5. Dip the rest of your zucchini and your favorite veggies in :)
