You will need:
-One large head of cauliflower
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 cup nutritional yeast
-1 teaspoon salt/to taste
-dash of tumeric for color
-large mixing bowl
-preheat oven on 120 before you start
- Cut 'cauli into small popcorn size bits.
- Add oil, salt, tumeric, and yeast into blender and mix. Add a bit of water if needed. Should be a sticky consistency.
3. Mush everything well in mixing bowl.
4. Place on baking tray and warm, or eat room temperature!

5 peeled frozen bananas
1 cup coconut kefir or coconut milk
2 heaping tblspns of hemp protein powder (NOT SOY)
2 tblspns of chia seeds
1/4 cup liquid chlorophyll
3tblspns powdered greens,
